Collaborate

Nothing goes live unchecked.

Give each person a clear role. When review is switched on, a post goes to an approver before it can be scheduled or published, with comments and a full history on every post.

How it works

  1. 01

    Invite your team

Send an invitation by email and choose a role for each person.

  2. 02

    Send a post for review

An editor submits the post. Everyone who can approve is notified.

  3. 03

    Approve, or ask for changes

An approver signs it off, or sends it back with a comment. Approved posts can be scheduled.

Four roles, each with a clear job

Owners control everything, including billing. Admins manage people, content, channels and settings, but not billing. Editors create, edit and generate posts and send them for review. Viewers can look at posts and the calendar, and change nothing. Cancel any invitation that has not been accepted yet.

Feedback stays with the post

An approver can approve a post or send it back. Sending it back needs a comment, so the editor always knows what to fix. The comment sits in the post’s timeline, not in a chat you have to dig through.

Told at every step

You are notified when a post is submitted, approved or sent back, and each notice links to the post. Turn on email if you want it there too. A Needs my approval view lists everything waiting for you, and you can approve or reject several posts at once.

No approval, no go-live

When review is on, an editor cannot schedule or publish a post that is still in review. Every status change and comment is kept in the post’s history, and the history cannot be edited afterwards.

Who can approve a post?

Owners and admins. You can also let editors approve, in your workspace settings.

Do I have to use review?

No. You can switch it off, and posts then go from draft to scheduled to published as usual. Editors can also be allowed to publish without approval if you choose that.

How many people can I invite?

Crew includes up to 4 users and Studio up to 10. If you invite more than your plan allows, you are offered an upgrade.

Can a viewer change anything?

No. Viewers can see posts and the calendar. They cannot create, edit, schedule or publish.
