By accessing or using Social Candy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice.

2. Description of Service

Social Candy is a social media management platform that allows users to:

Connect their social media accounts (such as Instagram Business, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile) via OAuth.
Create, schedule, and publish social media posts.
View analytics and engagement data.
Manage content across multiple social media platforms.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Social Candy to:

Post content that violates Instagram's, Facebook's, or any other platform's community guidelines.
Publish spam, misleading, or fraudulent content.
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
Use the Service for any illegal purpose.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Social Candy complies with the terms of service of all connected social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Social Candy is not responsible for actions taken by these platforms against your accounts, including suspension or removal.

6. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create and publish through Social Candy. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruption. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Social Candy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

Failed or delayed post publications due to API limitations.
Changes in third-party platform APIs or policies.
Loss of content or data.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 3 months.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
