Publish

Post everywhere. Know what happened.

Publish one post to Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Business Profile. Each platform shows its own status, and anything that fails comes with a plain reason and a retry.

How it works

  1. 01

    Connect your accounts

Sign in to each platform through its own login, then pick the Page or profile you want to post as.

  2. 02

    Choose where it goes

Select the platforms for each post. The preview and character count follow whichever one you are looking at.

  3. 03

    Publish and check

Publish now or at the time you set. Each platform reports back on its own, and a failure comes with a reason and a retry.

Connect through each platform’s own sign-in

You log in on the platform itself, so we never see your password. Before you agree, you see what access is asked for and why. Choose the Facebook Page to post as, and disconnect any account whenever you like.

See each platform’s limits as you write

The preview and character count change with the platform you are looking at. If a caption is too long for X, you find out while writing, not after a post fails.

Warnings before a connection breaks

Platforms ask you to renew access from time to time. We flag a connection a week before it expires, and renewing it takes one click.

Told the moment something fails

If a post can’t go out, you get a notification with the reason, plus an email if you want one. Fix the problem and retry just that platform. The others stay as they are.

Which platforms can I publish to?

Instagram business and creator accounts, Facebook Pages, X, LinkedIn company pages and personal profiles, YouTube and Google Business Profile.

What kinds of posts can I publish?

Instagram: images, carousels and Reels. Facebook: text, photos and video. X: text with an image. LinkedIn: text, images and links. YouTube: Shorts and community posts. Google Business Profile: local posts with an image.

Does publishing use credits?

No. Scheduling and publishing never use credits. Only AI generation does.

What happens if one platform fails?

The others still publish. The one that failed shows a plain reason, and once the problem is fixed you can retry just that platform.
